What is your return policy?
All of our items are handmade to order and we do not accept returns/refunds on these items, however if there is a problem with an order we'd be more than happy to get this sorted for you ASAP, your happiness is our priority as a small business.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes! New for 2023 we now sell gift vouchers which are only redeemable through our website, the full amount needs to be paid in one transaction. These are evouchers and so no physical voucher will be sent out.
These cannot be exchanged for money.
How are orders sent?
We have free UK postage when you spend £30 with us. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class, there is an option to upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class signed for.
For overseas orders you have the choice of standard shipping (not tracked and signed) or tracked and signed service. Please note we are not liable for lost post. We keep proof of postage but cannot check order status unless tracked and signed for.
What type of felt do we use?
Quick answer: 100% wool felt*
We use 100% wool felt in all of our makes to ensure the very best quality product is made that will not only stand the test of time as it's the strongest type of felt but it is also water repellent so there is less chance of it staining. As it is also 100% wool it means it is also flame/melt resistant and as we specialise in nursery decor I think this is very important!
Another great thing about using 100% wool felt is that it is natural, renewable and sustainable!
The felt we use meets European EN71 safety requirements which means its safe to use as childrens toys however please note our makes are for decorative purposes only! ♥

Dispatch Times
All of our orders are handsewn to order (unless stated) so please allow 1-2 weeks for Garlands and wall hangings to be dispatched (this does NOT include delivery times) we aim for keyrings to be sent out sooner but in peak times there may be a 1-2 week wait for keyrings.
